By this questionnaire we try to find out the quality level of our services  and customer satisfaction. 
By this way, we can improve our activities to answer You needs, more efficiently. We would also 
like to hear Your opinion of which are the most important issues to be improved.

This questionnaire will be used as a basis to develop our personnel  and the qualitysystem.

            How to fill the form:

            A    Please give the grade between 4-10 to every subject.
                   (4 = very bad and 10 = excellent)
